英国卫报：IMF称中国等经济强劲，全球经济可以摆脱美次级贷影响
国际货币基金组织(IMF)周三表示，中国、印度、俄罗斯经济发展强劲，全球经济将摆脱美国次级抵押贷款市场带来的影响。
IMF将全球07年、08年的经济增长预期由原来的增长4.9%上调至5.3%。
IMF称，与过去四十年西方国家主导全球经济发展不同的是，中国、俄罗斯与印度将对全球经济发展起到关键推动作用。
IMF同时将美国07年经济增长预期由原来的2.2%下调至2%，但表示，美国次级抵押贷款市场问题将受到控制。
IMF研究部副主管Charles Collyns强调指出，全球经济的长时间持续增长意味着，各国通胀正在随能源、商品与劳工成本上升年，各国央行可能将进一步升息。
Collyns警告指出，次级抵押贷款市场造成利差扩大，全球流动性可能随之大幅减弱，投资者对高杠杆收购的兴趣下降，金融市场由此受到严重影响。
